How to get to the Venue

Radisson hotel is located at Dorogomilovsky district of Moscow city. The closest airport to the venue is Vnukovo ( http://www.vnukovo.ru/en/ )

You can take an Aeroexpress train from Vnukovo airport to Kievskaya station and walk 310 meters to the hotel. Total travel time is approx. 35 minutes. You can buy Aeroexpress tickets in advance at the website https://aeroexpress.ru/en/aero.html or at the station on the day of Your arrival. Ticket’s cost is 450 RUB. (approx. 6,5 Euro) A taxi from Vnukovo Airport to the venue center is approx. 1 500 – 2 000 RUB. (27 – 30 Euro)

In September it is early autumn in Moscow. The weather can be sunny, cloudy or rainy. An umbrella may be useful. Daytime average temperature is around 18° C, evening temperature around 15° C.

Currency and money exchange

The official currency of Russia is Russian ruble. 1 Euro is approx. 72,5 Rubles. You can exchange money in banks. Credit cards are widely accepted.


Normal banking hours are from 10:00 to 17:00 hrs. Monday to Friday. On Friday banking hours are reduced to 16:00 hrs. There are ATMs usually located in connection with a bank branch, which accept a variety of international credit cards. The cards accepted are indicated on the dispenser.
